Great British Bake Off viewers called out a ‘complicated’ Prue Leith challenge for ‘messing with a classic’.

The second episode of the popular Channel 4 programme aired on Tuesday night (September 9), one week after thirty-year-old scientist Hassan, from Rotherham, was the first contestant to be eliminated from the show.

With this week’s edition kicking off with a Signature challenge where the bakers had to make 12 sliced and baked biscuits with a picture hidden inside it, the Technical challenge was even harder.

Alison Hammond informed the bakers that they has to make 12 chocolate hobnobs, topped with a thin layer of caramel and with two different feathered chocolate designs.
