CLEVELAND — Cleveland chef Vinnie Cimino is receiving national honors as one of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs of 2025.

The co-owner and executive chef at trendy East 4th Street spot Cordelia is one of 10 chefs nationwide to join the magazine’s 37th Best New Chefs class . Cimino’s fellow honorees hail from celebrated eateries in cities like Philadelphia, Nashville, New Orleans and Austin, Texas, as well as two Michelin-recognized restaurants in New York.
