Don’t expect another 11-game win streak to kick start St. Marys’ season.
The Lincolns’ magical six-week run that opened 2024-25 was aided by a large group of veteran players coming off a Sutherland Cup final appearance.
“You have so many returning players that the teaching gets cut down quite a bit at the beginning,” head coach Jeff Bradley said. “This year will be a learning curve. Practices are good, and games are showing well, but we’re not quite in sync yet.”
Bradley said much of last year’s focus was on results instead of process, which the Lincolns could get away with since most of their roster arrived to camp knowing what to expect.
