THE WOODLANDS, Texas (KTRK) -- A nurse is suing the former patient care director at Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands after allegations that he planted cameras in the bathrooms.
Robert Shrader was arrested in August by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
The lawsuit, which was filed by a woman who said she's a nurse and that Shrader managed the nurses in his role, includes two photos of a small hole in the ceiling and claims that the cameras were hidden. Police said the cameras captured multiple people, including employees.
Memorial Hermann previously told ABC13 it contacted law enforcement and immediately terminated Shrader when it learned about the allegations.
