Attorneys at the Indianapolis law firm CohenMalad are working with high school football players in Fort Wayne and their parents after allegations that the athletes "were left in serious condition after a required practice and scrimmage in extreme heat conditions," CohenMalad says.
On August 8 and 9, players at Snider High School were allegedly forced to perform strenuous training in full gear without adequate breaks, shade or water. Temperatures those days reached into the high 80s and low 90s.
