What do y'all do here?

"Let me tell you about Hickman Hall first, because it was a kind of meant to be connection. Better World Studios existed, and we were looking for a home. The county administrator said you had to go down to Graniteville. Given what has happened to Graniteville in the last twenty years I went 'Graniteville'? I came down to look at what this crazy man was talking about and here was this absolutely gorgeous late Victorian, beautiful building, completely renovated, by the previous attempt at doing something in the heart
