MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Scattered showers and storms are moving through southern Minnesota and northern Iowa this afternoon as an upper-level disturbance slides through. As most of the rain and storm activity will stay to the north of our viewing area today, expect mostly sunny skies this afternoon with highs in the mid-70s and overnight lows dropping down into the mid-50s tonight.
