BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - The SUNY system is showcasing that its community colleges are open to students of all ages.

SUNY Chancellor John King visited SUNY Broome as part of his SUNY Reconnect Tour, a statewide campaign promoting free community college for adults ages 25 to 55.

King toured the Nursing Lab, Advanced Manufacturing Lab and the Hornet Hope Center food pantry to see firsthand the different facilities that Broome has to offer.

He says that Broome students are set up for success in their fields, especially given the simulation labs that parallel real-world experiences.
