LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - What an absolutely beautiful day we had Tuesday in SWLA!

Temperatures will not be as cool Wednesday morning. Morning lows will still drop into the mid to upper 60s and near 60 in areas north of I-10! Afternoon highs will be warmer too with highs reaching the low 90s.

Southerly winds will return Wednesday or Thursday and that means the humidity will be going up too. Temperatures will also increase with lows and highs back to near normal. Rain does not look very likely through next weekend!
