Iryna Zarutska, a woman from the Ukraine was murdered on August 22 while she was riding a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Horrifying footage of the incident showed the passenger in the seat behind her, rise from her seat before stabbing her suddenly with a pocketknife.
