NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KCAU) — A North Sioux City, South Dakota, project that will bring new homes and businesses to the city continues without a hitch.

The Union Crossing Project broke ground in March of this year, which will lay the foundation of the development.

Officials with PBR Capital Group, LLC (PBR), said that while they have run into weather issues, phase one of the Union Crossing Project is expected to be completed on time.

"The projects come along really well, actually. We're staying on track for our goals, our mission for this year," said Rick Wegher, from PBR Capital Group, LLC.
