BILLINGS — Billings Central’s William Snell will be trading his Rams green and white for Montana Grizzlies maroon and silver next season.

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound 2024 Class A All-State selection announced on X on Tuesday afternoon that he had committed to Montana as a wide receiver.

With his commitment graphic, Snell wrote: “After talking with family, friends, and late night prayer I am excited to announce my commitment to the University of Montana!”

It was quite the weekend for Snell. On Friday, the No. 1 and defending State A champion Rams defeated No. 4 Havre, 42-7 , at Herb Klindt Field as Snell scored on an 85-yard kick return and a 15-yard TD reception.
