CINCINNATI (ENQUIRER) - A lawsuit filed on behalf of the man accused of killing a Hamilton County sheriff’s deputy, which alleged authorities violated his constitutional rights and used excessive force, has been thrown out by a federal judge, according to our partners at the Enquirer.
The lawsuit was filed May 8 on behalf of Rodney Hinton Jr., six days after prosecutors say Hinton intentionally drove a car into Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Larry Henderson as Henderson was working traffic control for a University of Cincinnati graduation ceremony.
