BLUEFIELD, VA (WVNS) -- Bluefield University announces deal to speed up path to a business degree.

According to a press release from Bluefield University, high school students in Mercer County, West Virginia will have a chance to have a faster and more affordable path to getting a degree due to being allowed to bring up to 15 hours of business coursework into Bluefield University (BU).

The press release stated that seniors can apply to BU if they finish chosen business courses and the credits are transferred directly to their degree program. Students can start the pathway if they are in lower grades, and the coursework will count when they graduate.
