MANCHESTER, N.H. —
The University of New Hampshire Wildcats are off to a strong start this college football season.
UNH is ranked two in national polls this week, 23rd in one, and 24th in the other, after a 2-0 start.
Over the weekend, the team won their home opener against Holy Cross, 19-16.

"It was great to get the win at home against a rival of ours. Two years in a row we beat them, so it's a great feeling for the team. It's instilled a lot of confidence in us and proved to us we have the talent in the locker room that we thought we had," said freshman lineman Dylan Maciulewicz.
The Wildcats will visit FBS opponent Ball State, which is 0-2, on Saturday.
