CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cordelia chef Vinnie Cimino has been named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs of 2025.
The Cleveland chef was one of 10 chefs across the U.S. to be recognized in the 37th edition of the magazine’s best chefs list.
Food & Wine described Cordelia’s menu as paying “unabashed homage to the culture, cuisine, and communities of the Midwest.”
Dishes like the Galley Boy tartare, inspired by the iconic Swensons burger , the overdressed greens with Akron-style white French dressing and the corned lamb were highlighted as must-order plates for folks flocking to town to taste Cimino’s cooking.
