$165K going toward Carroll Parkway, West College Terrace intersection changes

the Frederick City Council members has approved approximately $165,000 for changes to the intersection of West College Terrace and Carroll Parkway including the removal of a right-hand turning lane.

City Council members voted 4-0 on Thursday for the money to be allocated for the project.
