POTTS CAMP, Miss. -- Volunteer firefighters in Marshall County, Miss., are getting help to purchase new equipment through a grant from State Farm and the National Volunteer Fire Council.
On Tuesday, the newly formed Potts Camp Fire and Rescue received a $10,000 grant from State Farm agents in Holly Springs for fire department equipment.

The grant money is critical because, typically, volunteer fire departments depend on donations to purchase new equipment.
This year, 150 volunteer departments across the nation will receive grants.
