LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — The Luzerne County Council is discussing a switch from voting machines to paper ballots.
Council Chair John Lombardo says part of the reason for this change, an effort to preserve election integrity. The county experienced a paper shortage for the November 2022 election. Since then, the election office has taken extra precautions.
