Lasher ahead of Ventura Garcia in District 4 City Council primary race

Scott Lasher was ahead of Fredy Ventura Garcia late on Tuesday in the Democratic primary race for the Frederick City Council District 4 seat.

Lasher had 94 votes and Ventura Garcia had 50 votes as of about 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday following in-person voting at the polls in the Democratic primary election.
