KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - Kearney Public Schools will begin offering free tutoring services to their families this school year.
Starting Sept. 16, students in grades 3 through 12 will be able to get academic support at the “Arram Family Tutoring Center” at the Hanny Arram Center for Success.
Students will be connected with aspiring educators that are attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Teacher Academy.
The hour-long tutoring sessions will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 5p.m., with students being expected to attend both sessions.
