EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - It was another great week for USI women’s soccer last week, with a win against Valparaiso, and a draw at Bellarmine.

The Ohio Valley Conference is once again showing them love too, as the Screaming Eagles swept this week’s conference awards. After back to back clean sheets, Anna Markland received the fifth OVC Goalkeeper of the week honor of her career. USI has yet to allow a goal since August 28th. Emma Schut received her first OVC honor, tabbed as the OVC Defensive player of the week. Emerson Grafton earned OVC Offensive player of the week, after she scored against Valparaiso! USI hosts Purdue Fort Wayne on Sunday.
