During a parking committee meeting, Youngstown councilmen Julius Oliver and Jimmy Hughes were presented with possible solutions to help tackle the parking issue downtown.
"We would strategically place signage every so many feet or so many spots with a QR code where customers could just come in and they could stop, they could take a picture of the QR code, takes them to a site, they put in their driver license number, they pay and they go on about their day," Robert Montgomery, Market President at Premium Parking in Northern Ohio.
