Police have issued a warning to parents after three children were caught trespassing at a derelict hotel. The Allesley Hotel was once a historic destination in Coventry but has been closed since 2022.
It has since been the target of vandals and arsonists, suffering two fires last year alone. Plans were submitted which would see the building demolished and turned into homes.
But in the meantime it would appear it has become a magnet for antisocial behaviour and bored kids - but police have urged parents to talk to their offspring about the dangers of such actions.
