Netflix has revealed an exciting update for crime thriller enthusiasts as an official first glimpse has been shared for a new project that had experienced significant delays.

The Rip, featuring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, was helmed by Joe Carnahan and boasts other major stars including The Walking Dead's Steven Yeun.

Carnahan spoke to Tudum about the powerful friendship between Affleck and Damon, who have been mates since primary school.

He revealed: "Working with Matt and Ben and having two, distinctly talented filmmakers, as both creative allies and the studio heads, wound up being the best of both worlds.
