MANDAN, ND (KXNET) — The next phase of improvements at the Mandan Baseball Complex has been announced by the Mandan Baseball Club and Mandan Parks and Recreation.

After the successful upgrades on Diamonds 9 and 10, synthetic turf will now be added to Diamonds 11 and 12 in late summer of 2026.

The partnership and project were approved at the Mandan Park Board meeting in September. This will help reinforce the community's long-term investment in higher-quality recreational facilities.

Additional financial support was provided by the Mandan Baseball Club for this next phase. Since 2018, the club has contributed roughly $8.5 million to the baseball facilities in Mandan.
