Singer-songwriter d4vd took to the stage in Minneapolis on Tuesday night despite an ongoing death investigation involving a Tesla allegedly registered in his name.

On Monday, The Los Angeles Times reports the remains of a woman were found in the trunk of a Tesla that was impounded at a Los Angeles tow yard. Authorities were alerted after someone smelled a foul odor and sources told the newspaper the car is registered to the musician.

The Los Angeles Police Department told KTLA the car was reported abandoned days prior, and was towed there from a location in the Hollywood Hills.

As the investigation played out thousands of miles away, d4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, played in front of the crowd at The Fillmore in Minneapolis as a part of his Withered 2025 World Tour.
