STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) — A Campbell woman was arrested on four felony charges on Monday after deputies said she filed false documents with the Steuben County Department of Social Services.

Bethany E. Hapeman, 30, of Campbell, was arrested Monday, Sept. 8 on the below listed charges, according to a release from the Steuben County Sheriff's Office. • Offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree (class E felony) • Falsifying business records in the first degree (class E felony) • Welfare fraud in the fourth degree (class E felony) • Grand larceny in the fourth degree (class E felony)
