DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A shooting in Durham Wednesday afternoon left a teenager dead, police said.

According to the Durham Police Department, officers responded just after 1 p.m. to a report of gunshots at a home in the 200 block of Marbella Grove Court.

Police said they found an 18-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The shooting is believed to be isolated, according to Durham police.
