Haldimand County Mayor Shelley Ann Bentley leaked confidential documents that ended up on social media and in the news, says a new report from the county’s integrity commissioner.

For that, he said, she should have her pay docked and make a public apology to Norfolk County’s mayor.

David Boghosian tendered an extensive 55-page report filled with salacious details from interviews, texts and social media posts that describe a dysfunctional relationship between some people in Haldimand and Norfolk and the leaders of their councils.
