After applying her racing talents and getting her name established in a variety of racing disciplines, Alana Carter is progressing up the motorsport ladder.
“I feel like I have hustled very hard to get to this point,” the 26-year-old said. “You have to push yourself, not only on track, but also as a brand.”
Carter, who was born in Alberta and is now based in Toronto, took a podium finish in the recent TC America powered by Skip Barber Racing School race at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama.
“It was my first time driving a front-wheel-drive car,” she said after her race. “I drove this car for the first time Thursday and we had to figure it out.”
The 16-lap race on the 2.38-mile circuit was her debut in the Ricca Autosport Hyundai Elantra N1 TC Evo. Carter, who finished second, recently
