LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The lawsuit between Argenta Contemporary Theatre and 13 of its former employees reached a new turn Wednesday with the judge ordering a temporary restraining order.

The order means the group of 13 that formed Stage 13 has restrictions on what it is permitted to do before the full case is heard in court. It also means the judge has reviewed the complaint filed against Stage 13 and the employees and feels it will succeed in court.

Both sides are now required to be in court on Sept. 22 to determine if the temporary restraining order should become a preliminary injunction. It will be the first meeting of both sides in the courtroom.
