RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. — The Logan County Tourist and Convention Commission marked its 25th anniversary this week with a ribbon cutting for its new Tourism Visitor Center and the Locally Logan Shop.

It’s the fifth move for the visitor center in 25 years, most recently located inside the courthouse. The new home, at 215 N. Main St. in downtown Russellville, is inside the former Blue Bird Lane Market and now shares space with the Locally Logan Shop.

The shop highlights products and goods from local vendors, all designed to showcase the best of Logan County.

Dee Dee Brown, executive director of the Logan County Tourism and Convention Commission, said the goal is to give visitors an authentic, welcoming experience.
