The Walker County bus crash that took place on Tuesday morning has shocked the community, with many expressing the need for additional safety measures, like seatbelts, in school buses.
“We have driver error and five kids hurt once again because there are no seatbelts on school buses,” says C. Mark Warren, a personal injury attorney at Warren & Griffin.
Warren says he’s heard from families about the lasting impacts these crashes can have on children and hopes to see change.
