London’s approach to homeless outreach is working well but requires more resources to iron out capacity issues and meet the city’s needs, an independent audit has found.
Politicians weighed in on the value-for-money audit of London’s homeless service hub model during a meeting of the audit committee Wednesday, which found both of the hubs, run by Atlohsa Family Healing Services and Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU), are operating at capacity with waiting lists.
