MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) -- On September 9, 2025, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a complaint of a possible sex crime at Richwood High School. Deputies then interviewed Geoterrius Spivey at the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office Annex.

Miranda rights were read to Spivey, in which he stated he understood and wished to waive them. Spivey stated he still wanted to speak with the authorities to give his testimony.

According to court documents, Spivey stated that on September 9, 2025, at 10:45 AM, he was working as a subsittute teacher at Richwood High School, and a 15-year-old student came to "hang out" with him in his classroom. Spivey stated that the victim made sexual co
