MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) -- Crews responded to an apartment building fire on Elro Street in Manchester Wednesday evening.

According to the Manchester Fire Department, crews responded to a report of a kitchen fire in a two-story duplex located at 10 Elro Street at around 5:28 p.m. on Wednesday. Three adult occupants had evacuated the building before the crews arrived.

The fire, which took around 20 minutes to extinguish, caused no reported injuries but rendered the building temporarily uninhabitable. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
