High-risk sex offender registers address in south Fargo

FARGO — A high-risk sex offender has registered an address at 2211 17th St. S. in Fargo.

Philip Davies, 28, is 5-foot-9, weighs 215 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

In 2018, Davies was convicted of corruption of a minor in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota, the release said. The victim was a 15-year-old female. In 2019, Davies was convicted of corruption of a minor, possession of material (sex conduct by a minor), luring a minor by computer and sexual imposition in Burleigh County. The victim was a 15-year-old female.

The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined he has a high risk of re-offending.

He is a lifetime registrant.
