DES MOINES, Iowa - Governor Kim Reynolds is ordering all flags at state buildings and properties be flown at half-staff until sunset on Sunday.

Reynolds issued the order in conjunction with President Trump's proclamation to lower the U.S. flags for the same amount of time to honor Charlie Kirk, the conservative political activist shot to death on Wednesday on a Utah college campus.
