LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Lansing locals and travelers alike now have access to a resource providing accessibility information for local businesses and tourist attractions.

In partnership with accessible travel platform Wheel the World, tourism organization Choose Lansing has mapped 55 "key tourism listings" through Wheel the World's Destination Verified program.

Those listings include 14 hotels, 30 attractions, and 11 restaurants in the capital region.

The page for each location includes detailed information such as whether or not the place has accessible bathrooms, the size of the doors, and whether or not there is guidance or assistance for those with certain forms of disability available on site.
