This, after a court order reversed all service cuts by the transit agency.

All paused bus, metro and regional rail services are expected to be back up and running by Sunday, at the earliest.

A 21.5% system-wide fare hike will still take effect the same day.

SEPTA is working to reprint schedules, get workers back on the job -- all while seeking future funding.
