Police are searching for two people in connection with a deadly shooting in Ocean Beach on Wednesday night, San Diego Police said.
The shooting was reported around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday near Newport Avenue and Bacon Street. SDPD arrived on scene, finding a person on the floor suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot next to Hodad's, which was already closed.
The man was taken to a local hospital, where he later died, SDPD told NBC 7.
Police say witnesses at the scene described two men in their 20s or 30s running away from the scene into an alley.
No suspects have been arrested.
