Gina Marie Bakery in Waterbury, Connecticut, has initiated a recall of multiple cookie varieties after discovering their products contain undeclared allergens and food dyes that could pose serious health risks to some consumers.

The recall affects six different cookie varieties sold in 1-pound clear plastic containers, with Italian Mixed Vanilla Cookies also available in 2-pound packages. The affected products contain undisclosed ingredients including almonds, sesame, and various food colorings such as Red 40, Red 3, Blue 1, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.

The recalled products include Italian Mixed Vanilla Cookies, Italian Sesame Cookies, Vanilla Chocolate Dipped Cookies, Vanilla with Apricot Jam Cookies, Toasted Almond & Cherry Biscotti, and Vanilla Cookies with Raspberry Peach Jam.
