RINCON, Ga. (WSAV) -- The Effingham Herald is reporting a fire at the Towne Park Commons in Rincon.

The Effingham County Fire Department (ECFD) responded Friday morning to the apartment complex.

Rincon Police Chief Jonathon Murrell tole the Effingham Herald one person has been transported from the scene and other residents still may be trapped.
