Ahead of the Vampire Diaries alum and Olympian’s breakup following five years together and a one-year engagement Sept. 11, they shared a glimpse into the final sweet moments as a pair just weeks prior.

In a collection of phot os Nina, 36, shar ed to Instagram Sept. 5 , she included a carousel of summer highlights, including some moments with Shaun.
