SEATTLE — Microsoft’s former Chief Technology Officer Nathan Myhrvold was listed as a “friend” in documents copied from a 2003 birthday book made for Jeffrey Epstein, a tome that also includes a letter praising Epstein apparently from Myhrvold.

Congress released the 238-page book, provided by the Epstein estate. It includes lewd letters, drawings and images apparently from politicians, including President Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton, and notable business figures, like Myhrvold and Apollo Global Management founder Leon Black.
