INDIANAPOLIS — A Texas man has been arrested by IMPD for allegedly downloading and possessing over 1 million files of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the department announced.

Pablo Martinez-Contreras, 39, has been charged with 15 counts of possession of child pornography, according to online court records, which list him being from Houston.

In February 2025, IMPD Internet Crimes Against Children detectives got a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) about an account likely downloading CSAM.
