MILLERTON, Pa. (WETM) – A Millerton man has been arrested on various charges after officials say he burglarized a Dandy Mini Mart in Millerton in early July.

Brandon E. Mays, 28, was arrested on the following charges, as stated in court documents from the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas: • Burglary (no person present), a grade 2 felony • Criminal Trespass (entering structure), a grade 3 felony • Theft of secondary metal • Criminal mischief (damaged property) • Intentional possession of a controlled substance • Use/possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts)

In a release from the Pennsylvania State Police, officials say Mays was arrested on the charges following a burglary that occurred on July 8, 2025. At this time, officials say they were called to the Dandy Mini Mar
