CROCKER, Mo. -- Pulaski County deputies arrested a man wanted on 11 outstanding out-of-county warrants following a pursuit that caused the Crocker School District to go under lockdown Thursday morning.

According to a social media post from the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office (PCSO), deputies were pursuing suspect Ronald Brown on foot near the Crocker School District at around 10:25 a.m.

The school district was put under lockdown as a precaution due to how close the pursuit was to the school. When the lockdown was announced, teachers and staff quickly sent children indoors from the playground for their safety without causing fear, according to PCSO.
