Federal agents were seen on camera surrounding a parked car in Los Angeles on Tuesday, before breaking a window and pulling three people from the vehicle.

Footage shared with CBS News Los Angeles from Van Nuys showed the confrontation at a strip mall, with two men and a woman detained by masked Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officers.
